Mr B’s existing gate had been problematic for a while and during a visit from one of our dedicated Service Engineers, he’d decided that the time was right to have William price for both new automation, and a new hardwood vehicle gate.
William visited to discuss the project and provide an accurate costing and within a week of receiving our quotation – and a slight tweak of what was required – Mr B had placed his order with us.Following a second site visit from our Installation Manager, the new gate was handed over to our highly skilled carpenters who handcrafted the gate for our experienced engineers to install, which was earlier than we had advised the customer previously – much to Mr B’s delight.
