All of our gates are meticulously handcrafted on-site at our workshops here in Steeple Morden, using premium materials. We work exclusively with trusted automation suppliers, with whom we’ve built long-standing relationships over many years, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.
The Health and Safety Executive have stringent regulations for electric gates that as a responsible company we adhere to, and so all motors fitted by us comply with British Safety Standards Generally, motors for electric gates are 24v and have in-built back-off and anti-crush features. However, in certain situations we may need to use 230v and in such cases, we’ll apply more of the appropriate safety devices in the required positions.
Once your new automated gates have been installed, our polite and courteous engineers will give you a simple and clear demonstration of how everything works and those engineers will also make sure you’re completely happy with everything before leaving you to enjoy your new installation. Full instructions – including an installation pack and safety guide – will also be emailed to you upon completion of our work. In the very unlikely event of a problem arising, we’ll organise an engineer to return to make any necessary adjustment.
Our Promise to you
In view of all of the above, we’re proud to offer a 2-year warranty on all mechanical/electrical parts relating to your installation and a 5-year workmanship warranty on the construction of our gates, giving you further confidence that purchases from us are that of a highly reputable company within our industry. As long as all payments are up-to-date and you’ve had a service conducted by us towards the end of the first year, any mechanical parts that fail due to manufacturer defects – causing breakdowns or performance issues – will be repaired or replaced promptly at no additional cost to you.* And, if you’d like to protect your purchase in the years ahead, we offer annual, bi-annual and quarterly Service Contracts to best suit the amount of usage your gates will get.
*Please note, the above excludes accidental damage, damage caused by vandalism, third party interference and acts of God. Simply call us on the number above to book this – at least four weeks before the first anniversary of your project completion date.
